HBTV, Chris­tine Man­field, one of Aus­tralia’s most cel­e­brated chefs, joins Marty to share her In­dian-style veg­etable curry in a prac­tice run for an up­com­ing event at the shed. With three highly ac­claimed restau­rants un­der her belt (Para­mount in Syd­ney, 1993-2000; East@West in London, 2003-2005; and Univer­sal in Syd­ney, 2007-2013), Chris­tine is widely known and ap­plauded for her dis­tinc­tive and de­fin­i­tive flavour com­bi­na­tions, par­tic­u­larly in­flu­enced by her trav­els around the globe. Mates from way-back-when, it’s ob­vi­ous Marty and Chris­tine share a unique bond. Their pas­sion for cre­at­ing fab­u­lous food and show­cas­ing lo­cally grown pro­duce is as dy­namic as the dishes they cre­ate – and this curry is no ex­cep­tion.
