Drys­dale Cheeses are hand­made on a farm in Bel­lar­ine, Vic­to­ria.

The pure­bred Saa­nen goats are milked daily, and the milk is taken to a cheese­mak­ing room at Drys­dale.

Cheese is made in small batches, and re­quires age­ing and drain­ing. Va­ri­eties in­clude chevre, fetta, blue, ched­dar and haloumi.
