200g packet (4 pieces) plain mini naan bread rounds 2 tablespoons ghee, melted 2 cloves garlic, crushed
STEP 1 Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Sprinkle bread very lightly with water.
STEP 2 Combine the ghee and garlic in a small bowl. Brush evenly over bread.
STEP 3 Wrap bread individually in foil. Bake for about 8 minutes or until hot. Serve at once.
