200g packet (4 pieces) plain mini naan bread rounds 2 ta­ble­spoons ghee, melted 2 cloves gar­lic, crushed

STEP 1 Pre­heat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Sprin­kle bread very lightly with wa­ter.

STEP 2 Com­bine the ghee and gar­lic in a small bowl. Brush evenly over bread.

STEP 3 Wrap bread in­di­vid­u­ally in foil. Bake for about 8 min­utes or un­til hot. Serve at once.
