CHOC BA­NANA CUPS

MAKES 12 PREP 15 MIN­UTES COOK 5 MIN­UTES 55¢ EACH

12 but­ter­nut snap cook­ies

1 cup choco­late hazel­nut spread 2 small ba­nanas, sliced

250g can whipped cream

1/3 cup crushed peanuts

STEP 1 Pre­heat oven to 180ºC/160ºC fan forced. Place a cookie over each hole of a 12-hole (2 ta­ble­spoons) round-based patty pan. Bake for 5 min­utes or un­til cook­ies are pli­able. Us­ing your fin­ger­tips, care­fully press hot cook­ies into holes. Cool in pans for 10 min­utes; cook­ies will firm.

STEP 2 Trans­fer cook­ies to a wire rack and al­low to cool com­pletely.

STEP 3 Place cook­ies on a serv­ing plat­ter.

Spoon 1 ta­ble­spoon choc-ha­zlenut spread into each cup. Top with sliced ba­nana, whipped cream and peanuts, then serve.
