Take your taste­buds on a global tour with these dishes.

SERVES 4 PREP 15 MIN­UTES COOK 5 MIN­UTES

STEP 1 Place noo­dles, with­out flavour sa­chets, in a large heat­proof bowl.

Cover with boil­ing wa­ter; stand for 2 min­utes or un­til ten­der. Drain. Re­fresh un­der cold wa­ter. Us­ing kitchen scis­sors, cut noo­dles into shorter lengths. Trans­fer to a large bowl.

3 x 85g pack­ets in­stant 2-minute noo­dles

425g can tuna in spring­wa­ter, drained, flaked

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 car­rot, cut into match­sticks

1 green cap­sicum, cut into match­sticks

½ cup co­rian­der leaves

2 ta­ble­spoons lime juice

1 ta­ble­spoon sesame oil

1 ta­ble­spoon sesame seeds, toasted

STEP 2 Add tuna, onion, car­rot, cap­sicum and co­rian­der to noo­dles; toss to com­bine. Whisk lime juice and oil in a bowl. Add to noo­dles; toss to com­bine. Sea­son. Serve sprin­kled with sesame seeds.
