125g broccoli stalks (from a 425g head of broccoli), chopped coarsely 4 medium oranges (960g), peeled 2 large carrots (360g), unpeeled, halved lengthways ½ cup loosely packed fresh Thai basil leaves
ONE Push ingredients through a juice extractor into a jug. Stir to combine.
TIP This juice will separate on standing; just give it a quick stir to bring it back together.
