3 green ap­ples (450g), quar­tered 2 stalks cel­ery (300g), untrimmed 1 medium lemon (140g), peeled, quar­tered 4cm (20g) piece fresh ginger, un­peeled 8cm (60g) piece fresh turmeric, un­peeled

ONE Push all in­gre­di­ents through a juice ex­trac­tor into a jug. Stir. TWO Serve im­me­di­ately with cel­ery sticks, if you like.
