ZINGY APPLE & CELERY JUICE
MAKES 2 PREP 10 MINUTES $2.50 PER SERVE
3 green apples (450g), quartered 2 stalks celery (300g), untrimmed 1 medium lemon (140g), peeled, quartered 4cm (20g) piece fresh ginger, unpeeled 8cm (60g) piece fresh turmeric, unpeeled
ONE Push all ingredients through a juice extractor into a jug. Stir. TWO Serve immediately with celery sticks, if you like.
TIP This juice will separate on standing – just give it a quick stir to bring it back together.
