MAKES 2 PREP 5 MINUTES $2.75 PER SERVE
2 cups (500ml) milk
½ cup (50g) crushed Weet-Bix
2/3 cup (190g) berry yoghurt
1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries
ONE Blend or process ingredients until smooth.
TWO Served topped with fresh berries and edible flowers, if you like.
TIPS You need about 2 Weet-Bix biscuits (containing oven-roasted wholewheat grains, sugar, salt and barley malt extract) for the crushed quantity required. You can use ¼ cup of fresh mixed berries and 2 ice cubes instead of the frozen berries.
