MAKES 2 PREP 5 MIN­UTES $2.75 PER SERVE

2 cups (500ml) milk

½ cup (50g) crushed Weet-Bix

2/3 cup (190g) berry yo­ghurt

1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries

ONE Blend or process in­gre­di­ents un­til smooth.

TWO Served topped with fresh berries and ed­i­ble flow­ers, if you like.

TIPS You need about 2 Weet-Bix bis­cuits (con­tain­ing oven-roasted whole­wheat grains, su­gar, salt and bar­ley malt ex­tract) for the crushed quan­tity re­quired. You can use ¼ cup of fresh mixed berries and 2 ice cubes in­stead of the frozen berries.
