STORING CHRISTMAS HAM
Wash a calico ham bag in a solution of two cups water and one tablespoon white vinegar, then wring out. Cover the cut ham with the reserved rind or a piece of baking paper. Place ham in bag and keep in coldest part of fridge for up to three weeks. Rinse the bag in the solution every two to three days (and change the paper if using) to help keep ham moist and fresh.
