MAKES 6 PREP 10 MINS COOK 30 MINS $3.10 EACH
2 oranges, juiced
2 tsp honey pinch of ground cinnamon thick cream, to serve
300g raspberries, smashed chopped pistachios, to serve
ONE Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan.
Line a deep baking dish with baking paper.
TWO Using a sharp knife, score top of each peach with a cross. Place in prepared dish.
THREE Pour orange juice into dish. Drizzle peaches with honey; dust with cinnamon.
FOUR Roast peaches for 30 mins or until softened. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
FIVE Top peaches with thick cream, smashed raspberries and pistachios. Serve.
