Stash any treats for a spe­cial oc­ca­sion out of sight and reach. Have nu­tri­tious snacks at hand: boiled eggs, vegie sticks, hum­mus or home­made pro­tein balls. DIY muesli: lightly toast whole­grain oats in the oven with cin­na­mon. Add dried cran­ber­ries/ apri­cots, almond/macadamia pieces, flaked co­conut, sun­flower seeds and/or pump­kin seeds.
