Stash any treats for a special occasion out of sight and reach. Have nutritious snacks at hand: boiled eggs, vegie sticks, hummus or homemade protein balls. DIY muesli: lightly toast wholegrain oats in the oven with cinnamon. Add dried cranberries/ apricots, almond/macadamia pieces, flaked coconut, sunflower seeds and/or pumpkin seeds.
