CHILLI PRAWNS

SERVES 4 PREP 20 MINS (+ 30 MINS CHILL­ING) COOK 10 MINS

1kg large green prawns, peeled, tails in­tact

1 tbsp olive oil

2 long red chill­ies, finely chopped ½ tsp smoked pa­prika

3 gar­lic cloves, crushed juice and zest of 1 lemon

¼ cup roughly chopped pars­ley leaves sliced red chilli, to serve crusty bread, to serve

1 In a bowl, com­bine the prawns, oil, chilli, pa­prika and gar­lic. Sea­son. Chill for 30 mins. 2 Pre­heat a bar­beque grill or char­grill pan

on high. Cook prawns for 2-3 mins each

side un­til pink and lightly charred. Toss prawns with lemon juice and zest, pars­ley and chilli. Serve prawns with bread.
