Florists have notoriously early morning starts and massive bump-ins, but there are so many beautiful bits too! What projects you have loved working on the most?

There are so many beautiful events we’ve worked on. A couple of favourites include an amazing Melbourne wedding with every layer of floral possible, including more than 100 metres of green garlands hung from a custom clear roof marquee with floral chandeliers. There were also giant urns bursting with flowers, two oversized floral wreaths that took four of us to get into place, and a two-metre-long vintage French baguette tray for the bridal table overflowing with the most fragrant, beautiful garden roses imaginable. Our team was amazing for this epic install! One of our most recent exciting projects has been creating Churchill; a grand yet intimate space just outside Kyneton. Doing the flowers there for our first wedding and seeing it come together after months of hard work was such a lovely experience for us.
