Wa­ter­melon Havarti Bites What you’ll need… 1 seed­less wa­ter­melon 10 slices of Havarti cheese Mint leaves Sea salt What to do… Cut wa­ter­melon into bite size cubes and lightly sprin­kle with salt. Cut cheese slices into strips ap­prox­i­mately the width of the wa­ter­melon cubes. Fold one strip of cheese on top of one wa­ter­melon cube. Place mint leaf on top of cheese and skewer with tooth­pick. Set on plat­ter and serve.
