Cut each ear of corn into three pieces, blanch for 4 min­utes in boil­ing wa­ter and leave to cool. Mix mayo, lime juice and spices to­gether and set aside. Sear cooked corn on BBQ and place on plat­ter. Spread mayo over corn, sprin­kle with Parme­san and co­rian­der and garnish with lime wedges.
