Be­cause the game’s char­ac­ters rep­re­sent the player they need to be prop­erly re­alised – there’s no point skimp­ing on their de­pic­tion just to claw back a few min­utes of paint­ing time. Hav­ing said this, my ap­proach is ap­pro­pri­ate to this project, and I en­cour­age you to de­velop your own process that’s a mix­ture of not only bor­rowed knowl­edge, but also of learned ex­pe­ri­ence.
