VANILLA CUSTARD BANANA CREPES
Serves: 6 Time to make: 15mins Cost per serve: $1.35 Low kJ Low sodium High protein 4 small medium-firm bananas 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 6 ready-made crepes 1 quantity vanilla custard, heated 1 Preheat oven to 180C. Peel bananas, halve lengthways and cut into chunks. Place into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. 2 Bake bananas for ten minutes. 3 Warm crepes in microwave for about 45 seconds. 4 Place banana slices onto one side of each crepe and spoon over some custard. Fold over. Drizzle with a little more custard. Serve immediately.
