ROSE Cochrane claimed the win­ner’s tro­phy in the Thurs­day sin­gle stable­ford com­pe­ti­tion with 35 points from Co­ralie Vol­gyesi, with JoanWright win­ning the best nine holes.

Rose also hit her drive on num­ber 6 close enough to claim a sil­ver cir­cle – con­grat­u­la­tions Rose.

This Thurs­day we play an­other sin­gle stable­ford, while on An­zac Day mem­bers play a stroke com­pe­ti­tion for the tro­phy do­nated an­nu­ally by the Ruddy fam­ily, at the same time as the men play a bbb stroke com­pe­ti­tion. to Pel­i­can­Wa­ters to play in the Pel­i­can­Wa­ters Clas­sic held over two days.

He played very well to fin­ish six shots from the leader this gave him a fifth plac­ing.

Blake played very con­sis­tent golf over the two days and once again demon­strated that he is one of the top ju­niors in the state.

Sophie Martell trav­elled to Ox­ley golf course to com­pete in a round of the Fayde Clas­sic.

Sophie did very well to fin­ish sec­ond over­all in the di­vi­sion two girls event.

On Easter Mon­day the Isis ju­nior pen­nants team trav­elled to Mary­bor­ough to play the Mary­bor­ough ju­nior side.

Af­ter a very close tus­sle at­tracted a strong field on Easter Tues­day with some fine scor­ing to match the lovely au­tumn af­ter­noon.

Ray Bur­rows was eas­ily the over­all win­ner with a mighty 46 points – great win Ray!

In A Di­vi­sion Col Den­nett’s 39 points put him 2 points up on run­ner-up Phil Luck­ett who beat two oth­ers on a count­back.

Kev Den­ham won the best nine holes with 21 points.

Ted Bur­rows was a long way in front in B Di­vi­sion – his 41 points well clear of Rae McCliskie on 34 points – best nine holes went to Mark McAu­lay on 20 points.

Col Den­nett also col­lected the men’s ap­proach un­der half a me­tre from the hole.
