It’s a feast for the eyes as Luke Nguyen (left) travels to Nice, where stunning scenery and picture-perfect produce are ingredients that are always in supply. Things couldn’t be more idyllic as Luke and celebrated local chef Dominique Le Stanc ride bikes to the local farmers’ market to grab the ingredients for an onion tart and zucchini flower dish. With the city’s most famous dish being salad nicoise, Luke also couldn’t go home without learning how to prepare the dish in a traditional nicoise kitchen. He also takes in the sights and sea breeze along the Promenade deis Anglés, before learning how to whip up sardines likes a local would. Totally tempting TV.
