It’s a feast for the eyes as Luke Nguyen (left) trav­els to Nice, where stun­ning scenery and pic­ture-per­fect pro­duce are in­gre­di­ents that are al­ways in sup­ply. Things couldn’t be more idyl­lic as Luke and cel­e­brated lo­cal chef Do­minique Le Stanc ride bikes to the lo­cal farm­ers’ mar­ket to grab the in­gre­di­ents for an onion tart and zuc­chini flower dish. With the city’s most fa­mous dish be­ing salad nicoise, Luke also couldn’t go home with­out learn­ing how to pre­pare the dish in a tra­di­tional nicoise kitchen. He also takes in the sights and sea breeze along the Prom­e­nade deis Anglés, be­fore learn­ing how to whip up sar­dines likes a lo­cal would. To­tally tempt­ing TV.
