Residential Woodgate block split into three

Isis Town and Country - - News -

A REQUEST has been made to convert one residential lot into three lots in Woodgate.

The application was put before the Bundaberg Regional Council for 6 First Ave, Woodgate, to be converted into three residential allotments.

The application to subdivide the beachside land was received by the council on June 2 from Wayne Say and Associates who acted on behalf of the land owners.

The land is owned by Jason and Jillian Bartels, covers 2652 sq m and features a timber house, metal shed and retaining wall on the land.

Approval, subject to 19 conditions, has now been granted for the land to be subdivided into the three 875, 950 and 835 sq m lots.

The two new residential lots will require street access onto First Ave – with the middle lot to have a narrow driveway access between the two additional lots.

The three-lot residential subdivision will cost the landholder a council infrastructure charge of $50,400.
