Our gardens are great

Isis Town and Country - - OPINION -

I HAVE just read a short comment in your paper that the gardens look dead and boring with no colour. I could not speak more highly about the job Mark Hide and his team do for Childers and surrounds in regards to the presentation of the gardens and hedges. Also we are in the middle of a prolonged drought and winter spell. Spring is around the corner and the chamber is always looking for any good ideas to help Mark and his team go about their job. So if there are some great ideas out there please bring them along to the next meeting and they won’t go to waste.

Jim Nilon To see signs like “pickers wanted-Asians only” is quite sickening

It’s not what Childers can do for you – it’s what can you do for Childers! Please get involved. TROY MADLE President – Childers Chamber of Commerce
