TODAY saw 19 players turn up on a cold morning to chase a little white ball around the bush, trees and sandpits.

We had two players both recording 30 but on countback Bill Kirchhof won the day but managed to lose 3.5 off his handicap. Damien Tarda was second and also managed to score a handicap withdrawal of 3.5.

Bill Long was third on 31 losing 2.5 off his handicap and good luck next week Bill as he has an operation on his knee.

The A-grade Longest Drive was close but Dave Durie took out the prize with Bill Long taking out the B-grade Longest Drive.

A new member, Troy Stone has already made his mark taking out the B-grade Approach on the 1st/10th, Bill Kirchhof took out the Nearest the Pin on the 4th/13th but not close enough to worry Col who is still leading the Golden Circle with 3.73m, Bob Cochrane took out the Combined Nearest the Pin on the 6th and finally Paul McCarragher took out the Least Putts with 10.

Next week we will play a Two Person Ambrose with partners drawn from the hat to get your handicap for the game.

Have a great week and see you all on Sunday.
