AN al­most spring morn­ing greeted the 18 play­ers who turned up for a Two Person Am­brose with Part­ners drawn from the hat.

Col Den­nett and never win any­thing Len Stal­lard took out the first place with a cred­i­ble 31 fol­lowed closely by Leigh hart and Ray Burrows on 31 ½ with Dave Durie and Ed Con­nell tak­ing out third with 31 ½ .

The A Grade Pin shot on 1st /10th was won by Col Den­nett and the B Grade Ap­proach on the same hole by Phil, a vis­i­tor from the Sun­shine Coast.

Phil also man­aged to win the Pin shot on the 4th/13th. Nigel Radin took out the A Grade Long­est drive and Shane Shif­fke the B Grade Long­est Drive and Dave Durie man­aged to take out the Men’s Ap­proach on the 15th.

Next week we travel to Fraser Lakes to play 18 holes against the Fraser lakes So­cial Club.

This is a very de­mand­ing course so be pre­pared.
