Mo­tor­bike rider in­jured in crash

A MAN has been flown to hos­pi­tal after a motorcycle smash at Coringa, west of Childers.

The man, in his 20s, was rid­ing with his friends along a stretch of road when he lost con­trol and crashed on Sun­day morn­ing.

He sus­tained sus­pected arm and leg in­juries.

The Bund­aberg RACQ CareF­light Res­cue he­li­copter was tasked to the scene at 11.15am.

A QAS Flight In­ten­sive Care Para­medic treated and sta­bilised the young man be­fore he was flown to Bund­aberg Hos­pi­tal. He was in a sta­ble con­di­tion.
