Hosted by in­dige­nous chef Clayton Dono­van (right) and filmed on the north coast of NSW, Wild Kitchen en un­cov­ers Clayton’s unique ap­proach to food while­hile ex­plor­ing the beau­ti­ful land­scape and di­verse cul­ture of the re­gion. This episode is set in the heart of Gum­bayn­g­grr coun­try where Clayton trav­els up the Nam­bucca River to find out whatat goes into grow­ing some of the coun­try’s y’s fresh­est oys­ters. After col­lect­ing some lo­cal fin­ger limes, Clayton puts to­geth­erer a dish of oys­ters with av­o­cado mousse and car­rot foam.
