MON­DAY, Tues­day and Thurs­days, Woodgate is pump­ing as more and more peo­ple dis­cover the fun and, of course, the fit­ness benefits of Woodgate Beach­fit.

The in­ter­val/cir­cuit class is high-en­ergy and fo­cuses on en­hanc­ing car­dio­vas­cu­lar fit­ness, in­creas­ing me­tab­o­lism and im­prov­ing mus­cle tone via train­ing tech­niques such as in­ter­val train­ing and body­weight ex­er­cises.

Step aer­o­bics is an en­joy­able car­dio blast us­ing a step to tone hips, butts and thighs that is suit­able for all fit­ness lev­els.

Yolates is de­signed to re­ju­ve­nate, re­lax and re­store the whole body, pro­mot­ing strength, flex­i­bil­ity and bal­ance, and is suit­able for all lev­els of fit­ness, age and body types.
