Isis Town and Country - - News -

ISIS District Residents and Ratepayers Association are pursuing four main issues. Main Roads regional director Scott Whitaker has accepted an invitation to attend the IDRRA’s June meeting. It is understood he will address several issues, included the much-discussed bypass, merging lanes and funding. Members have raised concerns about the intersection of North Isis and Lywood Rds, and the intersection with Whitebridge Rd. Both are said to have visibility issues, with long grass and several trees obscuring motorists’ view. Two petitions – divisional representation and the hydrotherapy pool – will continue to circulate until May 13.
