Boat ramp gets upgrade
USERS of the Woodgate Boat Ramp are advised that maintenance work is scheduled to start on Monday.
Divisional representative Cr Tony Ricciardi said the work was expected to take a week (weather permitting) and be finished by May 22.
The scheduled work will involve upgraded improvements to the ramp entrance, which is on Theodolite Creek Dr.
Motorists will experience changed traffic conditions and access to the ramp will be closed to all pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
“Bundaberg Regional Council is aware of the inconvenience works of this nature can cause to community members and we thank residents and road users for their patience and co-operation during the maintenance work,” Cr Ricciardi said.
Cr Ricciardi said anyone with questions in relation to the upgrade could phone the council’s project manager Ross Maguire for further information on 1300 883 699.
NO ACCESS: Work will be done at Woodgate Boat Ramp next week.
