US titles a family affair
THE Enslin Family – Darren, Gillian and Dean – are representing Australia in the 2015 target rifle team.
The Apple Tree Creek family have flown to Camp Perry in Ohio, USA, to compete.
The competition, which started on Monday, will run until August 17.
The teams will compete in the 2015 US Full-Bore Target Rifle and the World Long Range Target Rifle Championships in both the individual and the team matches.
The team match, for the coveted Palma Trophy, the ultimate prize in full-bore target rifle team shooting, is held every four years.
Teams competing for this trophy include the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, the Channel Islands and South Africa.
Good luck to the Enslin family, doing Childers proud.
