EV­ERY Satur­day morn­ing, Gin Gin wakes up to the de­li­cious aro­mas of break­fast be­ing cooked at the Gin Gin His­tor­i­cal mar­kets.

The BBQ Hut op­er­ates ev­ery Satur­day morn­ing from 7am for break­fast and brunch. Work­ing at the BBQ Hut are vol­un­teers and the not-for-profit or­gan­i­sa­tion do­nates money to sup­port other lo­cal com­mu­nity groups such as the girl guides, scouts and the CWA.

One of the vol­un­teers said the most pop­u­lar items on the menu were the big break­fast, the de­li­cious ham­burg­ers and juicy steak sand­wiches.
