BUATHONG Aitchi­son, early plea of guilty to one count of dis­or­derly in premises to which a per­mit/li­cence re­lates. Her blood al­co­hol read­ing at the time was .063. A con­vic­tion was recorded and she was fined $450.

Mer­lino Robert Panichelli. Guilty plea for driv­ing when dis­qual­i­fied. The 55-year-old was dis­qual­i­fied in March 2015. He was aware of his loss of li­cence and con­tin­ued to drive. He was given a stern warn­ing from the mag­is­trate and handed a $1500 fine and dis­qual­i­fied for two-and-a-half years. The mag­is­trates made it clear to the court if Mr Panichelli was caught driv­ing he will be fac­ing time in prison.

Sung Jung Yoon pleaded guilty to drink driv­ing and fined $500 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for six months.

Jeremy Os­to­jic was fined $550 for shoplift­ing. Os­to­jic was charged with one count of unau­tho­rised deal­ing with shop goods. He at­tempted to steal two cans of Coca-Cola from the Booyal ser­vice sta­tion.

Ju­dith Carr of Woodgate made an early plea of guilty for be­ing in pos­ses­sion of one mar­i­juana plant. She was fined $500. No con­vic­tion was recorded at this time.

Su­san Jane Grilles made an early plea of guilty for shoplift­ing. She was fined $500 and a con­vic­tion was recorded.

Steven James Wil­cox was charged with drink driv­ing and in pos­ses­sion of a pipe. Found guilty. Fines to­talling $900 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for a to­tal of six months.
