WOODGATE Beach First National Real Estate principal Michelle Cocking has announced her estate agency is supporting the 2015 Ride for Sick Kids fundraising initiative through its overall community sponsorship program and support of First National Foundation.

“First National Real Estate’s Foundation has contributed $80,000 in funding to the Ride for Sick Kids across four states; Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia. Our members are looking forward to participating in these rides between August and November so we can help keep families together when their children most need support,” Ms Cocking said.

Ronald McDonald House provides accommodation and support services to seriously ill children and their families across Australia. This lifts the burden of accommodation costs from families at a time when they most need to provide their children with love and support.

“When children are seriously ill and need capital city base medical care, many regional families struggle with the availability of accommodation and its costs. By contributing funding to the Ride for Sick Kids and helping raise the profile of the excellent work done by Ronald McDonald House, we’re helping assure that this vital accommodation is sustained,” Ms Cocking said.

Full details of the ride in the states that First National Real Estate members are participating are found at firstnational.com.au/ about-us/Foundation.
