David Noel Gil­bert was charged and pleaded guilty to driv­ing a ve­hi­cle over the limit and with a recorded read­ing of 0.101; he re­ceived a $600 fine and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for six months.

Deb­o­rah Lee Guth

was charged and pleaded guilty to driv­ing a ve­hi­cle over the limit with a recorded read­ing of 0.05; she re­ceived a $350 fine and her li­cence was sus­pended for one month. Brian Lawrence

Vin­cent was charged and pleaded guilty to drink driv­ing over the limit with a recorded read­ing of 0.134; he re­ceived an $800 fine and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for eight months. He has a his­tory of drink driv­ing and in 2006 was fined and con­victed for a recorded read­ing of 0.217.
