When will they learn?

Isis Town and Country - - Opinion -

WHO but a government business could get away with increasing its price by more than 40% in one hit like the Australia Post? Does the organisation not realise there will be a flow-on effect? More people will stop posting letters at $1 per stamp. Services will suffer, postal workers will become unemployed. My wife used to buy several magazines to enter the competitions. At one dollar a time to post the entry she says it is not worth it so she doesn’t buy the magazines. There will be many people like this so magazine sales will be affected, as will the publishers. The same thing happened with the Brisbane tunnels. Started off free and many motorists used them. Then a price was added and many stopped using the tunnels. There was not enough revenue so the price was increased and yet more stopped using the tunnel. The same thing happens with health insurance. People drop out because of the cost, so they increase the cost and even more drop out. When will CEOs ever learn?
