Wrong rates notices were sent electronically

Isis Town and Country - - Kolan News -

INCORRECT rates notices have been sent to people who registered to receive them electronically via BPAY View.

While the correct notices were issued by Bundaberg Regional Council, a technical error resulted in some residents receiving a copy of their August 2015 rates notice rather than their notice for the half-year period ending June 30, 2016.

The council expected to resolve the situation by the close of business yesterday.
