Supernatural at the Paragon

Isis Town and Country - - News -

GHOSTS, goblins and supernatural encounters have been reported around the world for centuries and Childers is no different.

After their last visit in September last year, Rick Burden and his Down Under Spirit Team made the long journey to Childers last Saturday to investigate.

This time, the team set up eight CCTV cameras and three recording devices to capture movement and sound at the Paragon Theatre.

Mr Burden said his team had a sense there were energies in and around the Paragon.

“We are very grateful for the opportunity to set up our equipment at the theatre and it will take some time to analyse the data,” he said.

“The eight cameras covered the entire inside of the building and my investigating team detected energy near the projector room.”

The dentist was next on the list and Mr Burden said his team all experienced energy inside the building.

“I will be working with my team over the coming weeks to sort though all our findings, and write up our reports.

“We also had the opportunity to enter a private residence in Childers that experiences regular incidents.”

Mr Burden said the investigation had been a great success and he would have the report within a month.

“It’s a slow process going through the hours of video footage and I would like to thank Merissa and Nigel Craft for the access to the Paragon and also Brett Philips for the permission to investigate the dentist,” he said.

The Down Under Spirit Team will have their findings posted in Town and Country.
