Mobile service centre for rural families
AN AUSTRALIAN Government mobile service centre will be in the region next week.
It offers a wide range of services for rural and regional communities.
If you require assistance with new Centrelink claims or Medicare services, the mobile unit is the place to visit.
Staff can assist with child support, rural payment entitlements for eligible farmers, social work support and referrals.
All the staff are specialists in rural servicing and live and work in the communities they service.
Rural communities are now getting better access to a greater number of services and facilities.
For many rural families getting to and from Bundaberg can be a struggle.
There will be three easy-to-access locations available:
Booyal Roadhouse, Bruce Hwy, 9am-12pm April 7.
Cordalba, John St near Cordalba State School 1.30pm-4pm April 7.
Woodgate Community Hall car park, Kangaroo Crt 9.30am-3.30pm April 8.
