GARETH Stephen Peat pro­vided a road­side read­ing of .067 in an RBT. Peat pleaded guilty and was con­victed, fined $450 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for four months.

David James Bartell was pulled over for an RBT. The mo­tor­bike rider blew 0.067. He pleaded guilty, was con­victed, fined $450 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for four months.

Michelle Mary Perry pro­vided a road­side breath sam­ple of 0.072. She made an early plea of guilty, was fined $500 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for four months.

Matthew David Timbrell was charged af­ter blow­ing a road­side read­ing of 0.068. With an early plea of guilty, Timbrell was fined $450 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for four months.

Robyn Louise Cordin was charged af­ter a road­side read­ing of 0.156. Cordin pleaded guilty, was con­victed, fined $1200 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for 14 months.

David Wil­liam Kurtzer recorded 0.111 at a road­side RBT. He was fined $1000 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for 13 months af­ter a guilty plea.

Rus­sell Ed­ward Clyde was a pas­sen­ger to a learner driver when he blew 0.064, re­sult­ing in a $450 fine. His ap­pli­ca­tion for a re­stricted driv­ing per­mit was granted with strict guide­lines, in­clud­ing no pas­sen­gers and to drive di­rectly to and from work.
