JULIE asked: I keep getting told I need to release the anger I feel inside, or the pain for bad experiences. I don’t know how. Can you help?

Answer: Hi Julie, I am being told that you have had a lot to deal with in this life, and I understand it can be difficult to let go of past hurts.

I am being shown that you are very connected to the earth. You love to garden. A good way for you to release is when you are gardening, name a weed.

For example, this weed is for all the pain (name) caused me. Then as you pull the weed out and throw it away you will be removing that hurt from within you.

This gives you the opportunity to actually see the problems being released.

For people who are water connected, a way to release is go to a beach or dam, find a pebble, shell or stone and name the item.

Then by throwing it into the water you are releasing it from within.

Another way to release is by writing it all down. This is very good if it is a person who has caused the pain.

Write them a letter, telling them how you feel and felt at the time. Let it all out, every anger, hurt and loss of trust. Then burn the letter.

As the smoke rises see all the hurt, anger and pain go up with the smoke and know that it is no longer within you.

Crystal of the week:

With the cooler weather approaching a good crystal is hematite. Hematite is excellent for blood circulation, aiding healing while improving oxygen supply to the joints and brain.

It can help with arthritic pain and swelling as it allows the flow throughout the body to be increased.
