Fun times in mud at motocross

Isis Town and Country - - Life -

RUM City Motocross Club roared in to action on Sunday with the club’s third race day of the year.

More than 150 riders took to the track, many in preparation for the upcoming Shell Advance Sunshine State Series.

After heavy rain on Saturday night the club had to modify the track to help the younger riders get around but most relished in the mud.

Conditions soon dried out with the strong winds and made for a prime day of racing.

The club is hosting the third round of the state series on May 7–8 at the Bingera Weir track.

Hundreds of riders from across the state and country will be taking part and everyone is welcome to come and watch.

Full canteen facilities will be available over the weekend of the Shell series.

For more information on the club check out their Facebook page or website at www.rumcitymotocross.com.
