Who is governing?

Isis Town and Country - - Opinion -

How exciting it is to see all our politicians and would-bes dashing around by jet plane, car, bus and train in an election frenzy . It must create a terrible feeling of unease for some representatives to actually have to visit their electorates however briefly but they continue to smile for the press like rock stars. It is of course of in the national interest for them to be re-elected as all politicians will tell you . They will even go to such lengths to prove they are one with the common herd by appearing in public without their coats and ties. The whole show is positively thrilling but one thing bothers me: For the duration of the election campaigning, who is governing our country?
