LIAM Gooden ap­peared in front of the Childers mag­is­trate charged with three of­fences, re­sult­ing from an al­ter­ca­tion at the Fed­eral Ho­tel back in March this year.

Mr Gooden made an early plea of guilty and ad­mit­ted he had is­sues with al­co­hol. Mr Gooden told the court he ad­mit­ted him­self into a nine day detox cen­tre and was tak­ing ac­tion into im­prov­ing him­self.

The court com­mended the young of­fender in his ef­forts and found him guilty on all three charges re­sult­ing in $1000 fines and a recorded RBT test of .136

Ni­cole No­vak ap­peared be­fore the court charged with one count of drink driv­ing, with a road­side read­ing of .113.

With her early plea of guilty, the court found her guilty and was fined $400 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for four months.

Jesse Hodge stood be­fore the mag­is­trate charged with drink driv­ing and driv­ing with­out a li­cence.

With a road­side RBT read­ing of .199. Mr Hodge made an early plea of guilty and was fined $1200 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for 12-months.

Natalie LaGrazia ap­peared be­fore the court charged with one count of drink driv­ing.

Ms LaGrazia recorded a read­ing of .065 and with an early plea of guilty the court fined her $300 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for one month.

Ankitku­mar Pa­tel ap­peared be­fore the court charged with one count of drink driv­ing.

With a recorded read­ing of .026 and a pro­ba­tion driver.

Mr Pa­tel made an early plea of guilty and was fined $100 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for three months.

Cathy Ann Davis ap­peared be­fore the court charged with one count of pos­ses­sion of a dan­ger­ous drug, one-gram of mar­i­juana.

With her early plea of guilty the court recorded a con­vic­tion and fined her $200.

Leearne Parfitt stood be­fore the court charged with as­sault­ing a po­lice of­fi­cer, tres­pass and con­tra­ven­ing po­lice di­rec­tion.

Ms Parfitt made an early plea of guilty and was fined $600.

Bradley Kohler ap­peared be­fore the court charged with pos­ses­sion of explosives, pos­ses­sion of a pipe and dan­ger­ous drugs and one count of pos­ses­sion of a weapon.

With an early plea of guilty Mr Kohler was fined $1300 and a con­vic­tion was recorded.

Cameron Pow­ell ap­peared be­fore the court charged with test­ing pos­i­tive at a road­side drug test.

With an early plea of guilty he was fined $400 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for two-months.

Nathan Sul­li­van stood be­fore the court with one count of drink driv­ing. With a recorded read­ing of .107

Mr Sul­li­van made an early plea of guilty, the court fined him $600, Mr Sul­li­van was granted a re­stricted driver li­cence.

Shane Robin­son stood be­fore the court charged with one-count of drink driv­ing.

With a recorded read­ing of .127 and with his early plea of guilty the court found him guilty and fined him $600 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for four months.
