WAR­RICK Jef­frey Clark stood be­fore the Childers mag­is­trate with an early plea of guilty to driv­ing with­out a li­cence, the court found him guilty. A fine of $500 was is­sued and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for one month.

JAKE Elijah Colin Brown ap­peared be­fore the court with an early plea of guilty to test­ing pos­i­tive to a road side ran­dom drug test. With a pos­i­tive read­ing to THC, the court found him guilty and fined Mr Brown $900 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for three months.

BOB­BIE-JOE Ben­jamin Sch­midt ap­peared be­fore the mag­is­trate with two charges, one count, pos­sess­ing of a bong, one count test­ing pos­i­tive to THC. With his early plea of guilty, the court found him guilty and fined in to­tal $1450 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for six months.

BIANCA Pearce ap­peared be­fore the court charged with driv­ing with­out a li­cence, with her early plea of guilty the court found her guilty and is­sued her with a $750 fine and dis­qual­i­fied her from driv­ing for six months.

PA­TRICK James Aitken stood be­fore the mag­is­trate charged with drink driv­ing, with a recorded read­ing of 0.91. With his early plea of guilty, the court found him guilty and fined him $600 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for six months.

LUCINDA El­iz­a­beth Ran­dell ap­peared be­fore the court charged with driv­ing with­out a li­cence, with an early plea of guilty. The court found her guilty and is­sued a fine of $350 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for six months.

LIAM Ray­mond Gooden stood be­fore the court charged with one count fail­ing to pro­vide a breath sam­ple for test­ing. The court was told of his ap­palling public be­hav­iour at the hos­pi­tal and was a dan­ger to the com­mu­nity. The mag­is­trate said he was a dan­ger to him­self and it was his last op­por­tu­nity to cor­rect his be­hav­iour. The court found him guilty and is­sued a $1400 fine and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for six months.

DAVID John Mans­field stood be­fore the mag­is­trate as a re­peat of­fender of driv­ing with­out a li­cence. With his early plea of guilty Mr Mans­field ad­mit­ted to the court he had never held a li­cence. With a prior his­tory of driv­ing with­out a li­cence the court found Mr Mans­field guilty and fined him $1000 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for six months. The mag­is­trate in­formed Mr Mans­field he would be fac­ing a prison sen­tence if caught driv­ing on the Queens­land roads.

ME­LANIE Kirsten Leitch tested pos­i­tive at a road side drug test and ap­peared be­fore the mag­is­trates with an early plea of guilty. The court took into con­sid­er­a­tion her early plea and found her guilty. She was is­sued a $900 fine and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for six months.

DANIEL Steven Huni ap­peared be­fore the mag­is­trates with an early plea of guilty to two-counts of wil­ful dam­age of store fronts in Childers back in June. Mr Huni case has been ad­journed and must ap­pear next month for sen­tenc­ing.
