Creamy mus­tard meat­balls

Serves 4 In­gre­di­ents

500g beef mince

1 x 40g sa­chet Keen’s Creamy Mus­tard Meat­balls Recipe Base

200g but­ton mush­rooms, sliced

1 medium red cap­sicum, seeded and roughly chopped

200g green beans, sliced

1⁄3 thick­ened cream


Roll beef mince into 24 meat­balls. Brown meat­balls in a large non-stick fry­ing pan. Add mush­rooms, cap­sicums and beans. Cook stir­ring oc­ca­sion­ally for 5 minutes. Mix Keen’s Creamy Mus­tard Meat­balls Recipe Base with ½ cup water un­til well com­bined. Pour over meat­balls and veg­eta­bles, stir through. Cover and sim­mer for 5 minutes. Stir through cream and serve over rice.
