SHANE ED­WARD ROBIN­SON ap­peared be­fore the Mag­is­trates Court charged with driv­ing while dis­qual­i­fied. With his early plea of guilty the court fined him $1200 and dis­qual­i­fied him from driv­ing for 2years.

MICHAEL KROEGEL ap­peared be­fore the court charged with one count of drink-driv­ing, with a pos­i­tive road­side read­ing of .059. Kroegel made an early plea of guilty and was fined $400 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for 2 months.

MELODIE JOAN WERNECKE ap­peared be­fore the court charged with one count of drink-driv­ing, hav­ing re­turned a road­side read­ing of .125. Wernecke made an early plea of guilty and was fined $750 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for six months.

BROOKE EL­IZ­A­BETH SEY­MOUR ap­peared be­fore the mag­is­trate with one charge of drink-driv­ing, with a read­ing of .065. Sey­mour made an early plea of guilty and was fined $450 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for two months.

KAREN JOAN EBORALL ap­peared be­fore the court charged af­ter test­ing pos­i­tive at a road­side drug test. With her early plea of guilty, Eborall was fined $950 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for six months.

SHAUN MAR­SHALL BAI­LEY ap­peared be­fore the court on two charges, pos­sess­ing a dan­ger­ous drug and test­ing pos­i­tive to a road­side test. With an early plea of guilty he was fined $400 for pos­ses­sion, $900 for test­ing pos­i­tive to a road­side test, and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for six months.

JAMES ALEXAN­DER BAR­NETT-SUTER ap­peared be­fore the court with one count of drink-driv­ing on a pro­vi­sional li­cence. With a read­ing of .03 and with an early plea of guilty, Suter was fined $400 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for three months.

JAIMEE-LEE ANN DICKFOS ap­peared be­fore the court charged with fail­ing to re­port a stolen or lost Blue Card and fail­ing to re­turn the Blue Card. The mag­is­trate was con­cerned with the be­hav­iour of her and her fam­ily in re­gards to sev­eral at­tempts at re­turn­ing the Blue Card. With her early plea of guilty, Dickfos was fined $800 in to­tal.

PAUL GRAHAM KEVIN SAT­TER­LEY ap­peared be­fore the court charged with one count of as­sault oc­ca­sion­ing bod­ily harm. With an early plea of guilty was fined $1500.
