HEALTHIER living can be made easy by making small changes to your diet, reducing processed foods and trying new foods.

Owner of Raw Earth Food John Wolfe said he is pleased to introduce a new therapist to his business.

Mr Wolfe and long time friend and partner Gypsy Sherlock have worked to build a family of experienced therapists at their Churchill St business.

“We are now offering a wide range of treatments to ease physical pain and “nurture spiritual well-being,” Mr Wolfe said.

This month they have welcomed a new addition to the family with founder of Resolutions 4 Life, Annemarie De Seriere.

She said for the past 11 years she has worked in aged, palliative and disability care.

“My message to others is ‘self-worth and self-care starts with you’,” she said.

Ms De Seriere. has plans of one day establishing a meditation centre and she has already published two books.

The proud author of Will to Wonder and Peace, Power and You, said you can purchased both books from Raw Earth Food.

Ms De Seriere. said to call into the store and book an appointment with her.

“I make myself available through the store on Mondays and Wednesdays,” she said.
