No bake caramel crunch slice

1 packet plain sweet bis­cuits, crushed

125g but­ter

3 tbs brown sugar

1 tbs golden syrup

1 tin con­densed milk

200g milk choco­late

1 tbs copha

Method

In saucepan, com­bine but­ter, brown sugar, syrup and con­densed milk. Gen­tly heat un­til mix­ture caramelises. Add crushed bis­cuits and mix well. Press into foil lined tray (28cm x 18cm). Place in fridge to cool. Mean­while melt choco­late and copha and mix well to com­bine. Pour over cooled slice and re­frig­er­ate un­til set.
