In­gre­di­ents

1 packet Con­ti­nen­tal But­ter & Herb Pasta & Sauce Value Pack

1½ cups (375ml) low-fat milk

1 cup (250ml) hot wa­ter

1 small zuc­chini, grated

4 eggs, beaten

10 cherry toma­toes, halved

½ cup grated moz­zarella or pizza cheese

Basil leaves for gar­nish

Method

Pre­heat oven to 190C. Line a 22cm cake pan with bak­ing pa­per. Cook pasta and sauce fol­low­ing pack di­rec­tions us­ing milk and wa­ter. Stir through zuc­chini and eggs, pour into pan and ar­range toma­toes evenly over the top. Sprin­kle with cheese and bake for 15–20 min­utes un­til golden brown. Serve hot or cold with salad.
