AMY Jean Gaffney ap­peared be­fore the court with one charge of driv­ing with a sus­pend li­cence. With her early plea of guilty she was fined $500 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for one month.

HEATH Raphael Jor­dan ap­peared be­fore the court with three counts of con­tra­ven­tion of do­mes­tic vi­o­lence or­der and one count of com­mon as­sault. With his early plea of guilty the court took that into ac­count when hand­ing down the sen­tence. Mr Jor­dan has an ex­ten­sive crim­i­nal his­tory in­clud­ing 22 breaches of the DV or­der. He was con­victed on all four charges re­sult­ing in im­pris­on­ment for a to­tal of 25 months and will be el­i­gi­ble for pa­role Fe­bru­ary 2017.

PAUL Bow­man ap­peared be­fore the court with one count of drink driv­ing, a road­side read­ing of .227 and his early plea of guilty was fined $1800 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for 18 months.

ADAM Blake Grif­fiths ap­peared with one charge of driv­ing dis­qual­i­fied, with a plea of guilty was fined $500 and dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing for one month.
