250g milk cook­ing choco­late 90g copha 1 cup roughly crushed plain sweet bis­cuits (leav­ing pieces quite large) 250g pink and white marsh­mal­lows 125g red, green and yel­low glace cher­ries


Melt choco­late and copha in a saucepan over a low heat. Com­bine crushed bis­cuits, cher­ries and marsh­mal­lows in a bowl. Add melted choco­late and copha and mix well. Place on a tray lined with grease­proof bak­ing paper, re­frig­er­ate and cut into de­sired squares or fin­gers when set. Note: Bis­cuits can be re­placed with 1 cup peanuts.
