250g milk cooking chocolate 90g copha 1 cup roughly crushed plain sweet biscuits (leaving pieces quite large) 250g pink and white marshmallows 125g red, green and yellow glace cherries
Melt chocolate and copha in a saucepan over a low heat. Combine crushed biscuits, cherries and marshmallows in a bowl. Add melted chocolate and copha and mix well. Place on a tray lined with greaseproof baking paper, refrigerate and cut into desired squares or fingers when set. Note: Biscuits can be replaced with 1 cup peanuts.
